The following model codes and amendments have been adopted by Storey County and are now in ordinance. You will want to submit plans using these adopted model codes.

- H. The 2024 Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC)
- I. The 2024 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
- J. The 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC)
- K. The 2024 Northern Nevada Amendments published by Northern Nevada Chapter of the International Code Council at https://www.storeycounty.org/DocumentCenter/View/5982 (Building)
