Overview
Storey County Fire Protection District will be accepting sealed bids for the project "Station 75 Build Out". Bids must be received no later than June 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM (14:00 hours) local time. Bids received after this date and/or time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
Electronically transmitted bids will not be accepted. Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the name and address listed below.

Bid Opening
Bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:10 PM (14:10 hours) in the training room at Station 71, located at 145 N. C Street, Virginia City, Nevada 89440.
Project Description
Tenant improvement within an existing structure located at 300 Italy Dr, McCarran, NV 89434. Work includes structural changes and complete interior build out, including but not limited to:
- Framing
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Finish work
- Fire protection systems
Requirements
This is a prevailing wage project subject to NRS 338. All interested parties must be qualified to bid on this project pursuant to NRS 338.1379 or NRS 338.1382.

Notice
Storey County Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any bid or to accept the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Fire District.
